Sparkle Hustle Grow is a monthly subscription service, so it automatically ships every month!
Our monthly boxes and mailers ship on or near the 18th of every month. Cutoff for orders is the 15th of the month at 8pm EST, so if you order after the 15th, you are subscribing for the following month and it will ship on or near the 18th of next month. Packages arrive to most US addresses within just a few days of shipping.

+ What is the difference between the full size Box and the Mini-Mailer?
Our signature full sized Box will be packed with 4-6 items to inspire you and help you and your business grow…like books, planners, tech gadgets and chic office supplies. To help you learn and grow your skill set, you’ll also get an online training each month! Plus you get access to our private Facebook community for our book study, additional training and of course, connecting with fellow female entrepreneurs.
If you opt for the Mini-Mailer, you will receive the book, the training + access to our private Facebook community only. Sorry darlin’, no extra goodies in the mailer.
We believe that personal growth and professional development go hand in hand, so expect to be trained on a variety of topics that you can apply in life and business.
If you already have the book or any of the items in the box, that’s a perfect opportunity to gift it to a customer, client, colleague, friend or family member. However, each month’s online training is non-transferable and will only work with the email address associated with your subscription.
+ Is there a contract?
No way! You can subscribe month-to-month (cancel anytime) or you can pre-pay for 3 or 6 months at a time. AND if you pre-pay on an annual plan, you’ll get ONE MONTH FREE! Yay!
If you are on a recurring subscription, renewals are posted to your credit card on the 30th of each month. You will get a reminder email on the 29th each month in case you need to make a last minute change to your address, billing information or skip a month. We are entrepreneurs too and know that finances can be a roller coaster sometimes. So, don’t sweat it if you need to skip a month or cancel! We’ll welcome you back when you are able to rejoin.
+ How much is shipping?
Each box has a $6 flat rate and each mailer has a $3 flat rate. It’s not “built in” to the price of the box because we want to maximize the items you receive in each package, not use some of that cost to cover shipping. in fact, shipping actually costs more than you pay, but we absorb the rest.
If you are buying something from the Shop (other than a recurring subscription), your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.
At this time, we are only shipping to the United States.
+ When will my package arrive?
All monthly boxes and mailers ship at the same time – on or around the 18th of the month – and it should take just a few days for your hot pink package to arrive on your doorstep!
All orders must be placed by the 15th of the month in order to receive that month’s box (unless we have extras). If you subscribe after the 15th and want the current month’s box, contact us and we’ll let you know if there are any left or check the SHOP. Otherwise, you are subscribing for the following month’s box.
+ Can I give this as a gift?
Yes! You can add a subscription to your cart and check “This is a gift” at checkout. Choose the length of their subscription (most gift subscriptions are 3 months) and whether or not it will automatically renew (most are non-renewing). You can leave a gift message which we’ll deliver with the box. Be sure that you correctly enter your billing address but THEIR shipping address.
+ What is your cancellation policy?
Hey girl, we know this subscription box isn’t for everyone. And that’s okay! If you are not completely satisfied with Sparkle Hustle Grow, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time. SORRY – WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED. THIS SUBSCRIPTION IS A SURPRISE BOX SO THAT’S A RISK YOU ARE AGREEING TO WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE. If you don’t like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your customers and clients. But make sure you cancel your auto-renewal so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good fit for you.
