Pre-Event Training

In the 30 days before our in-person event, the Sparkle Hustle Grow team will host a pop-up Facebook group! We’ll all get to know each other and we’ll do weekly training calls. Our theme is Operations on Point, so our in-house Ops Expert + founder of The Ops House, Amy Lockrin, along with Julie + Renae from Sparkle Hustle Grow, will provide you with training and action items. The training will focus on identifying the systems and processes you need to step out of your business and into your CEO role. 

In-Person Event

Now it’s time to take action. We’ll use our time on-site to implement new operations strategies and put processes into place, under the mentorship of the Sparkle Hustle Grow team. It will be a mixture of presentations, small group activities and individual work.  The end result… Clarity and execution of your customized operational needs. You’ll be able to take a step outside of the foot soldier role and into the CEO role. 

Connection

One of the most powerful things that happens at events is connection. Some of our biggest collaborations were a result of meeting people in person and getting to know them on a different level. You’ll have a unique opportunity to spend some incredible quality time with high-achieving, like-minded female entrepreneurs in a setting filled with fun in the sun, laughter and a-ha moments by the pool!

To enhance our community of female entrepreneurs with in-person connection, alongside a mix of  work + play. There is a preconceived notion that the hustle is all work + no play. We want to squash that. Making the hustle more happy can improve all aspects of a woman’s life.

Arrival day

On your arrival day, you will have plenty of time to relax, as attendees will be arriving throughout the day.

Settle into your room and make yourself at home! Lounge at the pool, order room service, or simply unwind. Join us that evening to meet your new business besties at our Welcome Reception and Swag Suite Event. Then you have the rest of the evening to explore the beautiful CHIC Punta Cana resort.

DAY ONE

Schedule TBD. Will include 1/2 day work session, time for play, private chef dinner and free time for networking.

DEPARTURE DAY

From the time you book your reservation to the time you return to your office, expect white glove service,

professionally handled by CARE Travel, the official travel partner of Sparkle Hustle Grow.

Once the private mansion is full, are there other rooms available?

Yes! While the mansion only sleeps 12, there are additional rooms on the Chic Resort property that’s outside the Mansion. These rooms can be private or shared with your business bestie! All inclusive, starting at $1800 per person.

Why should I book through CARE Travel when I could book the room myself?

The Sparkle Hustle Grow Team has worked with CARE Travel to put on another amazing event. The entire mansion will be reserved only for those retreat attendees that book through CARE Travel and tickets to the event are not available elsewhere.

Are children allowed at CHIc punta cana?

No, this is an adults only resort.

When is the deposit due by?

The $500 per person deposit is due upon booking and must be received by Feb 13, 2020. Adding your airfare or travel insurance to your reservation will increase your deposit cost, but your CARE Travel rep will walk you through everything. Rooms in the mansion are first come, first serve. We expect to sell out quickly and will create a waitlist.

When do we have to pay in full?

The final payment is due by Feb 13, 2020. You can make payments anytime in between. If your balance is not paid by this date your room reservation will be cancelled.

How do I reserve my room?

Tickets are available on October 10, 2020. To reserve your room, click on the pink “Submit your deposit” buttons on this website and fill out the deposit form. Simply inquiring does not reserve your space – a deposit of $500 is due to reserve your room. Once your deposit has been submitted, CARE Travel will send you an email invoice along with a New Client Application which must be filled out to continue. At this time, you can also request an airfare or insurance quote if you desire. Once the details are understood, CARE Travel will email you your reservation details to review along with a payment authorization form to apply any additional payment applicable.

How do I make a payment or pay the final payment?

Once deposited and confirmed, CARE Travel will send you payment reminders periodically. However, you can make a payment at anytime by visiting: https://www.caretravel.com/forms/ and choosing the “Payment Form”.

What is included in the quote?

The quote includes room accommodations for one at the all-inclusive Resort as well as all group events and activities planned. Airfare, airport transfers and travel insurance can be added for an additional fee. Attendees in the mansion will be sharing a room with king-sized beds. Should we open additional rooms (on property, but outside of the mansion), they may have two separate beds (pending availability).

What is all-inclusive?

All-inclusive includes all of your meals, snacks, soda, coffee, tea, water, beer, wine, cocktails, mixed drinks, in room mini-bar and 24-hour room service, wifi and entertainment.

How do we get from the airport to the resort?

The cost of transportation between the airport and resort is not included in your quote. A private transfer is recommended. You may add it on when confirming your ticket with CARE Travel. 

Where do I find the best prices for airfare?

Prices are usually the lowest about 6 months prior to departure. You may book your flight on your own or contact CARE Travel for assistance. You MUST provide CARE Travel with your air itinerary, if you book on your own, 60+ days prior to arrival, for planning purposes. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance. CARE Travel can help with booking private transfers from the airport to the resort and back. 

Do I need a passport?

Yes, passports are required to enter the Dominican Republic. Your passport must not expire within 6 months after travel. Travelers are responsible for getting passports and reviewing the entry requirements for the Dominican Republic.

Is there a minimum number of nights the resort requires?

Yes, the resort requires a minimum of 3 nights.
