Five Productivity Apps We are Loving! by Danielle Lively

These days with the 24/7 distractions of cell phones, social media, email, kids, etc. on top of many of us having to work from home it can get overwhelming! So how do we corral all these distractions and the disorganization that can result so we can actually be productive? Well…there’s an app for that!

  1. Dubasado

Dubasado is a software program and app that helps you manage everything from accounting to workflows and project management. It integrates with 100s of other programs you may already be using so that it is easy to pull your other resources and records into the Dubasado system. Much like other CRM systems, Dubasado helps you manage workflows, contracts, invoicing, projects, tasks, calendars and events. The ability to automate almost anything in Dubasado makes it incredibly easy to use and exceptional for productivity. One thing you consistently hear about Dubasado compared to any other CRM app I have used is that their customer service is second to none! You can’t beat that!

  1. Todoist

Todoist is an app that helps you manage just what it is named for…your to do lists! This app is perfect for keeping track of and managing your daily to dos.The app lets you organization and sort tasks and set reminders and due dates for yourself and track your progress on your tasks. You can set tasks up by priority or by subject tags depending on the categories you set up. The app is very user friendly and it is one you can also use to collaborate with others on shared to dos.

  1. Google Calendar and Drive

Many of us are already familiar with the benefits of using the Google suite of products, from using Gmail to using Google Drive to organize and share digital files. But aside from those benefits, they also have a fabulous calendar that easily allows you to share, edit, collaborate, and categorize appointments, tasks and reminders. Bonus: It also links to your Gmail automatically to ask if you want to add something to your calendar when it has detected a time/date and potential appointment in an email you received. How handy is that?!!

  1. Trello

Trello is another software program and app that uses boards and cards to help manage you and your team’s productivity.  Like many of the other apps you can organize your entire team’s workflows and project task lists, as well as calendars, events, and goals. Some people specifically use Trello because they like the simplicity and intuitiveness of using the board and card features. It also integrates with 100s of other software programs your team may already be using, making it easy for you to integrate it all without recreating the wheel.

  1. Repurpose

Repurpose is a bit different than many of the productivity tools already discussed, but it is a great app to round out your productivity, especially if you are a podcaster, video creator or live streaming guru. There is nothing worse than having to record something more than once or have to go and upload the same thing over and over, that takes time and eats up your productivity. Repurpose allows you to create once and publish everywhere freeing up your time to focus on other tasks!

Although there is no app for managing the set up of your productivity apps, you will find that once you settle on the best system for you that if you truly utilize the program it will help increase your productivity and give you more time to enjoy the fun things in life…like opening this month’s pink Sparkle Hustle Grow box as soon as it arrives and digging in to the goodies!
