We have a powerhouse of an author and coach this month, and I cannot wait to learn from the one and only Rachel Luna. She’s not only a bestselling author, but also was recently chatting it up with Al Roker on ‘The Today Show’. Her entire platform is about giving yourself permission to offend and, not surprisingly, this is the name of her podcast and book. It feels like we have two major trainings this month: giving yourself the space to be true to who you are, and activating those goals you have deep within.
