SPARKLE HUSTLE GROW CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Month-to-month subscriptions

If you are not completely satisfied with Sparkle Hustle Grow, you can cancel your month-to-month membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time.

In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to cancel through your account page on our website or contact us prior to the renewal date on the 15th of each month. Email support@sparklehustlegrow.com or login to your account and click on the “cancel” button for the subscription you’d like to end.

If your membership has already renewed and you’d like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request refund by the 25th of the month to be eligible for a refund. If you do not cancel prior to the 25th day of a calendar month, you cannot be refunded for that month’s shipment.

Sorry, we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped. This subscription includes a suprise box of items, so that is a risk you are agreeing to when you subscribe. If you don’t like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your customers and clients. But make sure you cancel your auto-renewal so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good fit for you.

If there is an issue with a missing shipment or damaged/missing items in your box, please contact us.

 

3-month, 6-month, or 12-month pre-paid subscriptions

Sorry, we do not offer refunds on pre-paid multi-month subscriptions. This subscription includes a suprise box of items, so that is a risk you are agreeing to when you subscribe. If you find that you need a break from shipments or don’t want a box for a certain month, please choose “skip next shipment” from your account page on our website or contact us.

If you don’t like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your customers and clients. But make sure you cancel your auto-renewal so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good fit for you.
