Is there a contract?

Nope! If you subscribe on a month-to-month basis, you can cancel anytime. Just be sure to do it before the 15th of the month when your subscription is set to renew. We’ll send you a reminder before then, plus you can check out that month’s sneak peek, to help you make up your mind.

If you pre-pay for 3, 6 or 12 months, you’re not obligated to renew when that period is up. We’ll send you a reminder before your plan is scheduled to renew, so you can decide what you want to do.

If you are on a recurring subscription, renewals are posted to your credit card on the 15th of each month. You’ll get a reminder email in advance in case you need to make a last minute change to your address, billing information or skip a month. Make sure our emails aren’t going to your junk folder or whitelist us in your email client, so you get these reminders.

We’re entrepreneurs too and know that finances can be a roller coaster sometimes, so don’t sweat it if you need to skip a month or cancel! We’ll welcome you back when you’re able to rejoin the community.

When will my package arrive?

All monthly boxes ship at the same time to our members – shortly before the end of each month, so they arrive around the 1st of each month. If you’re wondering where your package is, you’ll get a tracking number when your box ships, so be sure to check that.

As a reminder, if you subscribe any time during a month, you’re reserving your box that ships at the end of that month. For example, if you subscribe on the 5th of January, you’re reserving our February box that should arrive around the 1st of February.

What is your policy on cancellations or refunds?

We understand that you’re busy and might not have time to read the entire book, or use all the fun office supplies, or study the training enough to implement improvements for your business. That’s okay!

If you’re not completely satisfied with Sparkle Hustle Grow, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time. We suggest you read our full cancellation and refund policy to learn more.

Sorry, but we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped or on pre-paid multi-month subscriptions. While we don’t reveal the contents in advance, we announce the theme and typically give you a sneak peek at one of the items inside.

If you don’t like the contents of a box you received, then that’s the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your customers and clients. Just be sure to cancel your auto-renewal so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good fit for you.

Can I give this as a gift?

Yes! Our box makes a great gift for members of your team or for your clients!

To gift a membership, just add it to your cart and check “This is a gift” during checkout. Choose the length of their subscription (most gift subscriptions are 3 months) and whether or not it will automatically renew. You can leave a gift message which we’ll print out and put inside the first box we ship to the recipient. Be sure that you correctly enter YOUR billing address but THEIR shipping address.
